Welcome to Blitz, an educational mobile application designed for students preparing for Konkur examinations. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blitz mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

Blitz offers a 3-day free trial period. After this period, you will need to purchase a subscription to continue using all features of the Service.
Subscription Options
We offer monthly subscription plans. We also offer special discounts for longer-term subscriptions extending to the Konkur exam date.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through our authorized payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
License, sell, or transfer your account or any Service content
Post or transmit any content that infringes upon third-party rights
Use the Service to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content
Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blitz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability
